1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Business AI Assistant ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Business AI Assistant provides artificial intelligence-powered business assistance services, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice to you.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password for your account and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

We offer subscription-based services with various plans. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for the selected plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If there is a change to a subscription fee, we will notify you before the change takes effect.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Business AI Assistant and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Business AI Assistant.

6. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing User Content to the Service, you:

• Grant us the right to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content
• Agree that your content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law or regulation

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Business AI Assistant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
